the hotel was very clean with well maintained facilities. the rooms were spacious and comfy (i really liked the views). the staff members were very professional, kind, and attentive.

there was a minimart next to the lobby, but i had to walk further or take a taxi for more restaurants. the area is safe, but the distance was a bit inconvenient for meals.

The breakfast had a good selection. I found some halal options too. The staff was friendly. They were always ready to assist. A convenience store located in the lobby was very useful.

my room was not very clean. the equipment was a bit old. the room decoration seemed shabby. the tiles needed regrouting.

deposit request limited variety

the check-in process was not smooth. the staff asked a deposit of 1000 bath. not having cash, they photocopied my credit card with visible cvv. i did not like this. breakfast had little variety. the same options were available every day.

the staff was genuinely helpful with directions. i liked there was a convenience store right next to the lobby. the rooms are very spacious, this was a plus.

the street noise was loud on the 17th floor. finding a place at breakfast was difficult. the distance from the train to the hotel felt TOO far.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The grocery store attached to the building offered great convenience.

Fresh air was restricted as all windows and balcony doors remained locked per hotel regulations. Hanging clothes inside the room took too long to dry since I could not open the windows.
